Expected Expertise:


·  Thorough and complete knowledge in business accounting principles and preparation of financial statements as per the prevailing standards of New Companies Act. Knowledge in Sales Tax and service tax returns filings etc.

·  A good knowledge in export  procedures and documentations is pre

·  Capable of reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and to suggest/recommend plans towards cost control. 

· General supervision of despatches of orders and follow up on receivables and payables with regard to customers/vendors as well as royalties payables annually on publishing rights bought.

·  Knowledge and experience in handling various statutory filings as per Indian Companies Act including annual filings.

·  Experience in preparation of the various Board Minutes, Resolutions, Notices etc and maintenance of Statutory Registers

· Basic knowledge in legal documentations and drafting of HR policies customising to the company’s needs.

· Capability to set up, execute and manage online trading operations.

·  Support  in production  and product pricing and negotiations with vendors

·  Plan and facilitate in organising sales stalls at Book fairs, mobilising of stock and manpower to manage the stalls etc.

·  Looking after general administration

·  Redressal of complaints of staff members smoothly and patiently

·  Liaise with other departments in HO and ensure all administrative procedures are met on time.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate:


·      Should be a  Commerce graduate Or  C.A. Inter prefereably  with a MBA in HR & Administration.

·      Dynamic, self-motivated person and a quick learner  and able to face challenges with utmost composure

·      Good spoken and written proficiency in English is a must. 


Experience Required:

 The ideal candidate would be:


·      Between the ages of 35 to 40 with a minimum of 10 years experience in similar capacities

·      Must have lead a team and mentored young minds with patience for a minimum of 4 years.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Should have the ability to independently construct business plans based on products, markets, targets and budgets.

·        Must be substantially familiar with semi-urban and rural markets.

·        Experience in the education industry would be an advantage.
