Job Profile
• Deliver training on the Karadi Path English program delivery and methodology to the teachers of schools which have adopted the program.

• Conduct regular support visits to the assigned schools, monitor sessions, and provide feedback for improvement to the government/ school management.

• Manage the schools delivery and effectiveness of the Karadi Path program in the geography assigned and ensure positive feedback.

• Build relationship and maintain good rapport with the government department and functionaries.

• Support the Sales team in making presentations to teachers, educators, and school decision makers to influence them to adopt path-breaking practices.

• Generate timely project reports and documents, ensuring effective communication between the company and the respective government or school partner(s).

Required Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong fluency in English and a regional language.

• Experience in project management and coordination preferred.

Due to the nature of the work, the applicant must be willing to travel extensively. The cost of travel and accommodation will be reimbursed as per company’s HR and Finance policy.

Position Summary 


A Multimedia Designer (Flash Animator) is a self-motivated designer who conceptualises and storyboards educational material to create animations. The designer mostly animates reading material, and product-based literature and presentations with a keen sense of aesthetics, audience, and educational environment. The Designer plays a key-role in Product Development using all aspects of digital signage to create theme-based fluid graphic illustrations.  Researching new software to make design-innovations is crucial to this role.   

Expected: Formal training and expertise in the design software, Adobe Flash, Adobe Animate CC, Adobe Photoshop is a must. Additional knowledge of CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere and a basic knowledge of video-editing to create and edit educational videos, and document events, are preferable. Preference will be given to experienced candidates.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Mastery of the specified animation software.

Ability to animate using bitmap images.

Ability to provide specialised animation service.

Good communication skills in English.

An eye for detail; strong typographic and conceptualising skills; ability to create user-friendly and eye-catching animations. 

Demonstrates initiative with an ability to work independently and perform multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Project management, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Innovative, creative, patient, and meticulous in both content and presentation.

Rigour in preparing notes for final layouts and printing.

Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure.

Must be able to multi-task, planning and handling several projects simultaneously.

  • Files her/his Daily Field Report by the same evening. Ensure all the other reports such as attendance, local travel allowance and travel expense statements are submitted on time.
